I currently own a Kia Cerato Koup purchased last year (2012) February new from Kia Edenvale. I have since then had nothing but hassles with the vehicle.
Firstly i had faulty head and tail lights that had water that kept on leaking into the lights, and only after fighting since October 2012 until February 2013 where they replaced under warranty.
Now the issue i have is that the vehicle keeps cutting out while driving, the issue is this car is just over a year old with -28 000km and all i have had is issues, faulty lights and now a car that will only drive about 5m and then decide to switch off.
The best part is i have friends in the motor vehicle sales and they warned me about "KIA Arrogance" when i purchased my vehicle, and I now know exactly what they were talking about, you can call their call centre and lodge complaints, just dont expect a response ever! You can speak to Service Managers and a dealership, but please dont expect a response. Only once you have gone over enough peoples head yourself and caused some noise will you be heard. I am honestly looking forward to getting my car working so i can move away from KIA and advise everyone to do the same. Unhappy beyond words.
