Hi I urgently need your assistance with regards to my vehicle.the odometer reading on my vehicle is about 35000 km and the vehicle is almost 2 years old but still under warranty. When it went for its last service the vehicle returned with a noise on the wheels.it was then later said that it's the wheel bearings and for a new vehicle to have an issue like this is unheard of but nevertheless the dealership said they would investigate and sort it out .they then came back to us saying that they will only replace the one (anybody in the car industry will tell you that you don't just replace one bearing).its been 2 months now and the vehicle is still without its part and unable to drive.
Please assist with this matter in either us returning this vehicle to the dealership as I cannot see why we should be paying for something we cant use.
