Since Oct 2012 when I purchased my demo Nissan 370Z from Nash Nissan I have been experiencing numerous problems that have not been resolved to date. This after my vehicle has been back to Nash Nissan 3 times (one month in total). It is actually in a worse state after their attempts to rectify the problems, than when I took delivery of the vehicle in October.
I have had meetings with the dealer principal, Steve Hart (left Nash), Mike Ward (Sales Manger) and Craig Burns (Franchise Manager) to no avail.
I have sent numerous emails, made numerous phone calls and visited them numerous times but have only had lip service with no intention of resolving the issues at hand.
I have been very patient up to now, but feel this needs to be sorted IMMEDIATELY!
I will never in my life deal with Nash Nissan again as they prove themselves to be grossly incompetent in resolving issues, with a nonchalant attitude towards customer service.
