Chery SA - lack of customer support

Bought a Chery QQ 0.8 in November 2011. In August 2012 I had to have the wheel bearing replaced which was under warranty. Now 6 months later, I have to have the wheel bearing replaced again - still under warranty. After waiting nearly 3 weeks to have the warranty cleared and to order a bearing, I am told today by the dealer that there are no parts in South Africa and it will take a month to get the part from overseas. I was also told not to drive the car any more as it will cause further damage which is understandable.

No curtesy car is available from the dealer or Chery SA.

As a working mom, having to drop off kids at school & creche and going to work, how am I suppose to do this without a car? Surely Chery SA should assist as it is clearly a problem with the car and lack of stock is available in SA.

I am very disappointed in Chery SA. This is not customer service at all.
