My mother is left without any means of transport to work for an unconfirmed time, because the part (which is under warranty) is not available. She took her Chery QQ in (after having it only 2 years), after the the wheelbearing broke. The service centre now simply shruggs and says they do not know how long it will take to get the part and that a rental car is not in the T&Cs!
We have been sent from one office to the next because no-one is taking responsibility or making an effort to get hold of the part needed. The Menlyn branch simply sends you to Head office, who does not even answer the phones! This is a real problem since their website promises "Parts right on time thanks to a dedicated high-tech parts division".
