I OWN A PANEL BEATING SHOP IN KEMPTON PARK AND NEEDED SOME PARTS FOR A COSTUMERS CAR, WHEN I WAS TRANSFERRED TO ALEX, A PARTS SALES-MAN I WAS ASSISTED WITH A FEW PARTS BUT WITH GRATE DIFFICULTY TRYING TO FOLLOW UP ON HOW FAR THE PARTS WER, 80% OF THE TIME I HAD TO CALL THE MANAGER JUST TO GET A HOLD OF THE SALES-MAN, THEN THERE WAS A PART SHORT (ON ORDER) BUT EVERY TIME TO BE TOLD IT WILL BE COMING THE FOLLOWING DAY, AND EVERYDAY I CALLED FOR THE PART TO GET THE SAME RESPONSE, I FINALLY WAS TOLD THE PART WAS THERE ONLY TO FIND OUT ON ARRIVING THE PART WAS WRONG ANS WAS TOLD THAT IT HAS'NT EVEN LEFT GERMANY YET, I MADE COMMITMENTS TO MY CLIENT AND HAD TO GO BACK ON MY WORD JUST BECAUSE THE SALES-MAN DID NOT DO HIS JOB RITE IN THE FIRST PLACE
