I tried to buy a rio was told there is no stock and was put on a waiting list with no luck i finally contacted
mafikeng after a friend told me they had stock.i did all the hard work for the consultant as i had been approved for finance but the incompetent sales man continually argued with me over the deal discounts I was expecting as this was what was promised to me by there other branch. He was of no use in explaining the maintenance plan or the cars features or the way in which you buy a car (as this is my first car purchase) he continually disrespected me by telling me I don't get it and why can't I just understand. If I am buying a R200000 car I have the right to ask questions!!! i only tolerated his attitude because this is the only branch I could find with the car I wanted in stock. Apron taking delivery of my vehicle I specifically asked Tshepo not tO eat drink or smoke in my car when he delivered it to me in johannesburg-i was assured this would not happen.when I got in my new car there was mud on the pedals, biltong crumbs all over the seats and monster energy drink splashed all down the door!!! how do you deliver a car like this I am so disgusted I would have sent th
