I bought a car that was in terrible accident unawa

I bought a damaged car from Imperial Select Menlyn unaware. The sales rep that assisted me was Alfred who now moved to Daihatsu Menlyn. I bought a Kia Cerato 2010 model in 2011 July, but now if you look at it from the back it looks veryold as it is peeling off on the entire boot and even starting to have some serious cracks from seems like the paint fill. I tried to send email to Imperial Select Menlyn to no avail. I even tried to go there in person, but I was late. Still managed to see (then sales rep) Alfred in Daihatsu. He advised that Chris is no longer with Imperial so there's nothing he can actually do. I love my car, no mechanical problems but it looks like scrap. Please help. I need this can fixed please. I am sure an accident report for this car can be pulled. I have paid a lot of money for this car. Kia cannot fix it as the car was damaged. What step to take now? This is unacceptable! I am disgusted
