Do not buy cars from Imperial Select Alberton!

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai I30 from Imperial Select Alberton last week Thursday, the 3rd of October. I took delivery of the vehicle at around 18h30, so the lighting wasn't too good for me to see all the defects on the car. I did a pre-inspection of the car and found a few chip marks on the windscreen and roof which I pointed out to the salesperson Chris. Chris told me that they would be glad to repair the chips so I accepted the car as it was, thinking that there were no other defects on the vehicle. I then took the car for an inspection at PG glass over the weekend. The guy that assisted me pointed out a few faults which the sales person did not tell me about. The front passenger door has a deep scratch that would need to be re-sprayed, the rear bumper has been re-sprayed on the right hand side, the front bumper has scratches on it bellow the fog light, the drivers seat has a tear on the side, the paint on the rear boot lid has spots on it and the roof has scratches all along the one side. I am not happy with this car and would like to return it. Neels the sales manager told me that I cannot cancel the agreement even though it falls within the 5 day cooling off period.
