Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Still Waiting for Number Plates

I recently purchased a car from Imperial Select MultiFranchise in Brackenfell. Even though the delivery of the vehicle took AGES, I was patient. I had to do all the follow ups when there were delays. I had to use my own cellphone to continuously follow up about the delays. The manager of the branch also mentioned that he had to disclose the problems of the vehicle, yet failed to mention the poor condition of the right rear tyre, and that I would have to purchase my own mats. Still I did not complain. I was also happy about the fact that the sales person said I would receive the vehicle with a full tank of petrol, guess what, EMPTY! I sent an email to him asking what happened, NO REPLY. I gave after a while because I just don't have that much time. But NOW I AM complaining because I have still NOT received my number plates and registration. The dates on the temporary permit have expired. I have called the sales person NUMEROUS times to follow up, and he keeps saying that he's sorting it out. I have called the Brackenfell branch NUMEROUS times because obviously he hasn't. The people keep saying they'll get back to me. I've done my part, I'm done. DELIVER!!!
