On 9 November my Kia Serento was book for the Timing chain noise. The diagnostics was done and SA Warranties approved the claim. I was informed that my car will be ready on the 30 Nov12 . At 16H00 i was informed that my car do not want to start and they think they bend the valves. After I talked to the Service manger Jacques he promised me the car would be fix the next Tuesday. Thursday they informed me that the have to replace the flywheel that broke when they stripped the car 18H00 that night Jacgues phones me at state that my car leaks oil and that they installed the wrong flywheel. As i was leaving on Vacation That Friday my car will not be fixed. They give me a loan car to go on holiday. On the 2 Jan13 i went to fetch my car when i received the car it was very dirty and the seats and interior vol of oil. The central locking and radio did not work. So the replace the Radio about two weeks later, I had to take the car back because it had no power and was smoking. Last week i had to take the car back for a oil leak. Thursday I received the car back with the same oil leak. They only had to replace the timing chain and now they are not able to fix the car the broke.
