3 Times and you still can't get it right?

In January my car was sent to AutoMagic in Bellville by Auto & General for repairs due to a knock on the front of my VW Polo. The car was booked in by the owner, Corne, twice and the job was still not satisfactory. The "new" paint was buffed off at places, had chip marks, there was a big bubble on my front bumper and my fender looked like someone attacked it with a toothpick - full of tiny holes.

I contacted Auto & General and lodged a complaint. Richard Green from Automagic came to see my vehicle and arranged for a rectification job and a courtesy car for me. After a week and a half, Kobus form Automagic N1 City, contacts me to fetch my car. The job was still not well done!

Paint was still buffed off at place, chip marks everywhere, front of my vehicle still not aligned and the best... The right front light that was invoiced as being replaced was in fact repaired with glue!!!

My car is now back for a 4th rectification.

Words can not describe how ridiculous this is! What must I do to get my vehicle repaired in an acceptable manner?
