Poor customer service, bad quality of work

Aug 2013 - One of the links of my 9ct white gold chain broke. I took it to NWJ in Fourways mall to fix it. I paid R250 - . 2 weeks later I received an sms saying my necklace is ready to be fetched. Roughly 2-3 weeks later it broke in exactly the same place. They told me they would send in back to Durban and fix it again free of charge. Another 2 weeks go buy. I get an sms saying my necklace is ready to be collected. This was in the first week of Sep. A further two weeks later my necklace broke for the third time. The lady told me that the links weaken from the heat when they fix it - Why didnt they inform me of this from the start. Instead they take my money and hope it doesn't break. Their solution - to replace me with a brand new chain. But first they had to send it back to head office to 'prove' its broken. I received an sms on 3 Oct that it is ready for collection. I arrive only for them to tell me they have approval but are still trying to find what the price value of my chain is. Not to mention that my chain was now broken in 2 places?? How do they get that right? It is now the 15 October and I am STILL waiting for feedback? Lack of customer service, bad quality of work!
