Extremely poor service and WeCare mailbox is FULL!

My KIA Sorento was serviced at KIA Menlyn during May 2013 and I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. Car was at KIA Menlyn for an oil leak. I was told there were no courtesy vehicles available because "our customers haven't brought back our vehicles because they can't afford to pay for the service and now they leave their vehicles here and drive our curtesy cars...".
Day 1: No news from KIA, I phone at 3, car not ready but will be ready the next day before 12.
Day 2: No news until I phone at 2, car not ready.
Day 3: They don't contact me, I once again have to phone and I'm informed that the car will be ready on day 4 before lunchtime.
Day 4: No news. Car not ready.
Day 5: I am promised the car would be ready at 12. I get no feedback. At 3 o'clock I go to the garage and find that the jobcard is still not signed off. This takes 45minutes.
Best of all - the car STILL LEAKS OIL. It went in for an oil leak, and what do you know... It's still leaks oil after a week at KIA Menlyn.
While I was there, I didn't see ONE happy customer - every single customer had a complaint.
