Inferior quality of parts in vehicle

I took my Honda CRV into the Menlyn branch as there was a fault with the centralic locking. I was told that they needed to replace it as it was an electrical fault. I phoned Honda SA and spoke to Rory who undertook to come back to me. I had to call again in the afternoon and then she returned my call just before 4.30 pm . She informed me that as my car was out of warranty I would have to pay to get the central locking repaired. My car has done 94 000 KM and this is the second time I am having to replace the central locking. The first time it happened 38 000 km ago. Surely it is due to inferior parts. My previous 5 cars were BMW's that were driven until the km's exceeded 200 000km and not once did the central locking give any problems. I am looking to replace my car and will never consider buying a Honda again.
