Waited for a parcel the whole day at my house, after which it was not delivered. It was an overnight service, thus assuming there was not enough time for all the deliveries of the day to be made and expected the parcel to then arrive the following day (a day late). After still no delivery and no feedback I called the contact centre only then to be notified that the delivery was made the previous day with the drivers claiming no one was at home to receive it but no one had called. I was then told then delivery could only be made after the weekend. I informed them that it was an important parcel and I couldn't wait any longer. As a result of their incompetence I am now faced with the inconvenience of fetching it myself.
