Parcel was picked on the 13th of August in Lephalale and we were informed that the parcel will be delivered in 24 to 72 hours. We started inquiring on the following Monday and was told that it would be delivered on Tuesday. The parcel did not arrive on the specified date and in further enquiry we were told that they now lost the parcel somewhere in Johannesburg. The parcel is quite important and we require it for this upcoming Sunday which we fear we will not get it in time (2 weeks later)
I would never recommend or use their services again
