Parcel sent for Door delivery overnight

I have sent a parcel for overnight counter to door delivery from Rivonia to Durban. The parcel was never delivered the next day. Comment from Speed Services was/is the Vehicle broke down. The parcel was sent on the 2nd December and today is the 10th Decemeber and it has still not been delivered. I have sent emails and tried contacting the call center to no JOY.
