On Monday afternoon I ordered a Canon Lens online and made the EFT accordingly. I was notified on Wednesday that the parcel is sent for delivery. I made contact with SAcamera and informed them that I needed the lens for a photo shoot on Friday and would pay more for overnight delivery as I live in Pretoria.
Natalie got back to me and informed me that they have marked the parcel for overnight and no extra payment is necessary. Upon arrival at work this morning the courier company was waiting for me and handed over the parcel.
The extra mile Natalie went to ensure my parcel is delivered in time is much appreciated!
