I had a parcel shipped from Cape town 6 days ago, that was supposed to be over night delivery
I first tried tracking the parcel on the website but kept on getting the same error message over and over again and assume the functionality does not exist anymore,
I phoned the call centre on the 2nd day and they claimed the postal strike was affecting delivery, and that my parcel will be delivered on the 3rd day.
I went to collection counter on the 4th day and was notified that no deliveries was made that week, but that speedservices was not supposed to be affected by the strike??!!
I want to know If a courier company can charge you for overnight delivery, and not deliver, how can they still be in business???
I just want my parcel now and will make sure no urgent deliveries comes through these people again!!
