Problem with Dealership for not repairing a ca

Good Day,
My car was towed to Vaal Park Toyota (VPT) on Tuesday 29th January 2013 (more than a month now) by Johnny's Towing from Parys. I called the dealership on the 30th Jan and they only acknowledge receipt of the car then.
On Thursday 31st Jan they acknowledged that they were busy stripping the car so that they could identify the problem for quoting. I have attached their quotation which they faxed to me on request the same day.
I followed up with the dealership (Peter) early on the week of the 04 Feb. They informed me that they had trouble programing the car and according to Peter (Service Manager) the vehicle could only take reverse and no other gears. On the 08/09 Feb Peter informed me that they contacted Toyota SA (TSA) and that they were advised that the car was not programming because of the ECU unit (electronic control unit) that was faulty. I agreed to VPT changing this ECU unit. After replacement of this ECU unit, the vehicle could still not be programmed. later they claimed that it was the timing on the gearbox. the car is still not fixed and this is causing a lot of inconvenience. i am being charge for wrong dianosis. i will appreciate your assistance.
