My car has been at BMW since Teusday. On Wednesday around three o' clock I phoned to hear how far they are with the vehicle. The receptionist refused to put me through to the service centre, she said someone will call me back. As I explained to her I have 2 babies, I will nedd to make arrangement for transport. Nobody came back to me. Yesterday I phoned all day trying to find out whats going on. At three o' clock again I called and they were apparently done. I phoned CA Cars, who is responsible for paying the invoice, and they informed me that they have not received the invoice as yet and that their finacing department closes at 4. I spoke to Beverly at BMW who assured me she will send it before 4. At 5 past 4 they still didnt have it and closed. Another day without my vehcile. I phone BMW and asked to speak to someone in charge. They put me through to David the Dealers Principle. He assured he will phone me back right away. It is now Friday at 12h00 and I am yet to hear from him. The overall attitude of the people at BMW is rude. There is also concerns I have regarding the work they did on my vehicle.
