DISAPPOINTMENT IN TOYOTS SERVICE

In 2011 I bought a TOYOTA COROLLA 1.3 Prof and as far as I can remember, after 30 000km I started having problems with the Brakes. I was told either Front or back brakes had to be changed.
If I recall correctly at 60 000km the brakes had to be changed and the Boot cable snapped & the boot clips fell off. TOYOTA said this was a first. I did contact them to inquire. From the enquiry it became a complaint and TOYOTA looked into the matter. The Manager at VAAL TOYOTA led me to believe that this was unusual circumstances and that TOYOTA should and would fix it.
If I recall again the 'quote' was /- R 9000.00 and when the job was finished I paid R 3 000.00. The outcome from Toyota was natural wear and tear.
Again the brakes had to be changed and the Boot cable has snapped, again. The Manager at VAAL TOYOTA has said maybe it's 'my driving' and I have been informed that the cable has been sent to the Manufacturer as the fault with them.
I just feel that I have been sold a (dud) car and for the price you pay and an investment you pay and an investment you make in the purchase I just feel that TOYOTA should take this matter more seriously and should either replace or refund me.
