I booked my vehicle in for a service at general motors in alberton at the end of february 2013. I requested that they please check my clutch. They then contacted me and informed me that the clutch was broken when they checked it. At first i was told that i would have to pay for the repair of it but refused as it was there mechanics that hadbroken it. Now they have roken the steeri g rack and stll as at todays date my car has not been repaired. They dont bother to call me to inform me of the progress of the vehicle which i think is bad customer ervice on their part. I had to contact them to find out what the problem is and the progress.
