Please be aware of this dealership.
After being told that my holding deposit is totally refundable even if I don't accept the vehicle, I was then subjected to absolute abuse from the arrogant Michael when I did request a refund.
Comments such as "I am the Boss,
I am the Dealer Principal,
What I say goes"
as well as restraining himself from using F words are just a taste of the loud abusive and arrogant tone that he displayed, which is surprising considering he was all smiles when I was looking at the vehicle.
In the end I am quite glad that I did not take the vehicle from this revolting dealership, if this is how they treat people for a smallish sum of R500, imagine what they would do if I had come to them with a problem facing my vehicle.
To all those looking for vehicles, deal with this dealership at your peril.
