Our Toyota Fortuner was booked for a service today. We specifically asked that the tyre pressure of the spare wheel be checked as we are going on holiday. Our vehicle was dropped off at Vaalpark Toyota at approx 7AM. At 12PM my husband was telephoned and informed that our vehicle does not have a spare wheel and that it seems to have been. The spare wheel was definitely still on the vehicle when it was dropped off this morning but Toyota's attitude is that they do not accept responsibility for what happens on their premises and we now have to fork out money to buy a new spare wheel! This is absolutely absurd! How can they not be responsible when your vehicle is left in their care? I will never take any vehicle to them for a service again, nor recommend them to anyone!
