Dealership acknowledged Gearbox issue on Automatic Fortuner causing the shudder at only 30-40km before stopping- Requested diagnosis to be done, booking was made on request by dealership - Was informed by the service department foreman that the prop shaft was going to be checked, oil taken out, valves to be cleaned and to identify any problems with the clutches in the gearbox, this was not carried out due to the dealership having the technician from Toyotas SA to test drive without any notification and they, advised no problem - this was well planned not to fix this major issue - Technician of SA advised no problem but the dealership later acknowledges the problem after it worsened - the dealership is avoiding to sort out unless peoples lives are lost or the vehcile brakes completely then will be attended to.
