Shocking After Sale Service

I bought a Hyundai i10 demo model from Kia Northcliff on 28 September 2012. Their service to make the sale was FANTASTIC! Unfortunately that is where it ended. There was no spare key available and I was told by Ivor that I will be contacted the following week to fetch my car papers as well as the spare key. Despite numeous phone calls to Ivor as well as Wilma (who originally handled the sale very efficiently) since then, I have yet to receive my car papers and spare key. And we are already in Feb, almost March 2013!

I am starting to worry that I am driving a car.
