We moved at the end of September and a week before the move I informed Yolandi that there was more furniture and boxes that needed to be moved, I paid the extra amount and on the day of the move the truck was to small to move everything so I had to go and rent a trailer to move the rest. The staff stormed in and started moving the furniture out resulting in juwellery going missing. My furniture was badly damaged and some of the furniture was broken as well and very dirty. They didn't even know were to go with the furniture after I supplied all the info to Yolandi. Arriving at the address after we had to show them where the place is they stacked all the boxes marked FRAGILE BREAKABLE on top of each other as well as the tuble dryer on top of the freezer and all the coaches on top of each other. I lodged a complain and had to wait about 2 weeks just to be told there is nothing they can do even though I paid the insurance. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY DO TO THE LACK OF SERVICE AND THE UNPROFFESIONAL AND RUDE MANNERS OF THE STAFF THAT LOADED THE FURNITURE.
