Still no spare key after 2 months

A second hand Nissan X-trail was bought on the 8th of August 2013. The service was excellent prior to the sale.

Unfortunately after the sale things went skew. I struggled to get the vehicle delivered, thereafter the vehicle was delivered with no license disk (After I paid R2250-00 for a on the road fee). I had to visit the licensing department 4 times to get the disk sorted out.

At the time of delivery, an excuse was made that the spare key is missing and that will be delivered the following week. It is now two months later and still no spare key.

Numerous phone calls were made to IC Nissan and each time an empty promise that a new key will be ordered.

I even went to see them in person, which resulted in even more empty promises.

It is very unfortunate that the after sale service are so poor at IC Nissan and that this have to reflect negatively on a great motor company such as Nissan.
