We decided to buy a car from imperial Menlyn. We chose a car that was in Durban. The guy responsible was incompetent and the suddenly he was fired or something. No one knew what was going on with our finance and that we had asked for the specific car. Then we decided to call the Durban branch manager direct, which we were told we didn't like the car and he was not to invoice. I called the dealer principle of Durban he was also upset with the manager of Durban. All the while our finance was being processed. We buy plenty company cars, and we are very experienced as a company. This service was so far by far the worse.
I then sign the papers at Pretoria yesterday 26/02/2013. In Pretoria they assured me that everything was 100% with the car. I have now been at the dealership in Durban since 8am this morning because the car needed to be repaired!!! I was told by the branch manger mr naidoo we are not the only customers!!! What???!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? Are you serious???!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I am waiting here I flew in from Pretoria! I demand to know WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CAR WHEN I WAS ASSURED IS WAS 100% FROM THE PRETORIA BRANCH!!! We have been treated appallingly!!!
