I was in the process of purchasing a Kia from dealership until I got invoice that is billing me R2400 for Ad cover/depcover that I did not want. Raymond says he will remove FREE cover (part of price on invoice) and the price will remain the same. After trying to understand this "Free cover" he basically told me there is plenty of customers and take my money somewhere else.
Disgusting service for a big establishment.
No point having a title Customer Service Manager when you cannot control your temper with a customer who is trying to understand an invoice.
