Engen Petroleum
Zenex Garage Nightmare

On th 27th of Feb 2013, i went to Zenex garage to fill up petrol for my car as its close to my workplace so i could head home and buy groceries, I was attended by a guy called Mandla, he filled up the petrol swiped my bank card for that transaction, just a minute later he said to me, oops mam, ur bank card just fell inside your door panel, so i said to him thats too bad because i need to go buy groceries now and i understand it could have been a mistake for him, so he suggested that he will call the mechanic to open the door panel and try to take out the card but if all fails, he will give money to be able to go buy food at that time then i will go to the bank the next day to make a new card, I initially suggested that they give me just R500 for me to buy food for that night for my family, till my card is sorted out, this was now at 4:40

All failed the card could not be retrived, the supervisor told me he cannot help me he is not obligated, The manager of the garage said its against policies to give me the money, not having food its not his problem the attendent made a mistake, so i left there at 6:45PM from 4:30, was left stranded, hungry, suffered bad attitute and humilation, prblm still unsolved
