When Dale called me I was confused as to which car I wanted to buy and didnt have any direction in which to go. He brought a car to my office for me to test drive and arranged for me to come in and test drive some other options. The day before I was due to go in my current car wouldnt start and I was not sure if it was the battery or something more serious. I called Dale to ask him what I should do as I was no longer on Motor Plan and he was so happy to help in any way he could, even offering to come to me and test the battery as well as organising a mechanic at a reasonable price in case it was more severe! I hadnt even bought my car from his dealership or purchased a new one from them. When I did go in, he patiently looked at 10s of cars with me explaining the benifits of each one and the finances involved. He was so considerate of my needs and affordability and when I finally decided he was excited for me. When I collected the car it was waiting with a bright red ribbon, he took pictures, helped me with the settings and spoilt me with gifts!!! I felt and still feel like his most important customer! I would recommend Dale to anyone looking for an honest, helpful car salesman!!
