I am from Durban and I purchased a car that I saw online from imperial select in jhb, thinking that this was reputable company to deal with but I was totally wrong the car was delivered on the 26 of February 2013 and as I drove it I noticed the wheel alignment was off and the was a hum coming from the tyre and the electric windows were not working also there was a shutter on the steering, funny since they emailed me the C.O.R document saying it went for C.O.R on the 24 February 2013, after phoning them more then once they decided to get an imperial select in Durban to solve the problem, I handed them the car they returned is with only the wheel alignment done and the guy told me that one rim is buckled, but the cannot fix it without the other branch giving authorisation which they haven't done at all, even after my numerous calls, I had to replace the brakes because of the shudder and also the battery which was a Chinese make out of my own pocket.

I would not advise anyone to buy a car online even from a reputable dealer, especially if it is Imperial select because you will still get ripped off.
