Parcel collected from the Post Office on the 15th of February - I wasn't notified at all. Checked the post office tracking facility today only to find that the parcel has been collected.
Got to the PostNet branch - the lady couldn't even give me an answer as to why I wasn't notified and why the parcel had been lying there for a week. My details as well as phone number was indicated on the parcel, and we (obviously) have a unit at PostNet, so they have my details.
The lady didn't even attempt to rectify or even acknowledge that it was a mistake on their part or that she is sorry that I had been waiting a week for a parcel that I ordered urgently.
On a previous occasion I was told that an sms would be sent to me when there is anything that needs collection. I do not appreciate being to, and I would like a proper service rendered when I am paying for it.
