My parcel was shipped overnight on the 25 january 2014. I am still waiting for the parcel. This is unacceptable. They are passing the buck to Speed Services. Postnet offers the service and we paid for the service, but nothing is rendered. Postnet is not living up to the service standard and won't even try to do anything to resolve the issue.
The parcel was shipped from the Cape. This is causing my business a lot of money due to lack of delivery when you need to trust a reputable company.
