I went to Bredell Post office 30 March 2013 at 11:00am to collect a parcel from abroad. Less than a week I collected a parcel from them which was not scanned as being at their branch yet, it still showed in transit Germiston branch for a couple of days however when I got to the post office my parcel was there. Today the lady at the post office told me they have a lot of work and will not be able to open the parcels received today or during the week. I must send someone during the week. She was rude and told me I must report her its not a problem because even head office allows them not to help their customers when they have a lot of work. Please note that they only close at 12:00. My parcel still reflect germiston but I know for sure they have it at their branch and haven't updated their systems as usual. I called before going to the post office and on both occations I was tols they couldn't hear me proparly and the phone ended up beiing engaged until I got to the branch. I wasted my petrol and time. I'm frustrated and disappointed as a customer because something that could have been collected today has to now be collected next week. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable!!!
