Time Freight Port Shepstone gave me a price on a personal collection / delivery for which I could only estimate the weight of the parcel. My parcel was collected within the hour; I paid the amount quoted, and off went the goods.
The very same day I received "change" - delivered to me by a different driver - I had been overquoted! Astounded! I would have been none the wiser as I was happy to pay what I was quoted.
The company I work for uses Time Freight and we've always been satisfied with them above all the other couriers on the South Coast, and this was just topnotch. Great to know that honesty can still be a part of service!
