I don't even know where to begin- i have never been so angry! My car was booked in on the 10th of January at Sanrose! I followed up a week later and spoke to ever useless Melanie- who keeps making empty promises! she told me that my car would be ready for collection the next week Friday of the 25th of January. I followed up again on Thursday the 24th- because NO ONE, ever gets back to you. MY CAR STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. I spoke to John the Estimator there and he tried helping, I was told my car was ready for collection for Friday the 8th of February- I get there there has not been properly fixed- did a very bad job- like i had taken the car to some scrap yard! They promise to fix the car and that it would be ready for collection on Friday the 15th- I get there and again the car has not been properly fixed and the mechanical issues i had told them about still has not been fixed! They cam the pick up the car this morning - NO ONE CALLED TO GIVE ME AN UPDATE I left 10messages for someone to call me back- after numerous attemps to call them I finally speak to TONY the workshop manager then he tells he still has not looked into the mechanical problem i told him about!
