Sanrose Autobody absolutely pathetic

My car was damaged on 8 Nov 2012 during a storm. I took my car as instructed by Outsurance to Sanrose on 14 Jan 2013, already having to wait 9 weeks. I explained to them that I struggle with only one car and was quoted initially by Sanrose that the repair job will not take more than 15 working days. The lady at the book-in counter assured me that they would not take longer than quoted and would send me regular updates regards to the progress. I rented a car at my own cost for three weeks.

The 3 weeks have now ended. I received only one sms at the beginning of the 3rd week period telling me the repairs will start soon. When I enquired about the collection last Friday they told me that they had not even started and is waiting for some rubber spare. I insisted on speaking to the MD and they refused to give me his name or cell number but promised that a Mr Cooper will call me back. I have now left 2 messages for Mr Cooper... no response.

I called on their 24 hour emergency number (obtained from their web site) and the Financial Director (Jonny) anwsered and told me he will go down stairs and call me back immediately, now about 3 hours later... no response
