I write this email regarding the above mentioned claim / file. I was involved in a car accident on the 6th of August 2012, prior to this my claim was put through at the time to Santam, the consultant then put me in touch with Sanrose Motors and Panelbeaters - who came highly recommended. My car was assessed on the 8th of August 2012 by Henk Groenewald, and thereafter booked in on the 14th of August 2012.My dilemma started on the 28th of August 2012, in which I took receipt of my vehicle, upon collection and inspection of the car I had found that the right passenger door had a scratch on the paint, I complained to Suren who after examining the pictures that were taken prior to the vehicle being booked in found that this was a fault on their part. He further informed me to bring the vehicle back the next morning to have this fixed and that this will only take a day to sort out. On the 29th of August 2012, I had taken my car back to Sanrose Motors and Panelbeaters to fix the scratch; later that day I got a call from Suren to say the vehicle is ready for collection. On the 30th of August 2012 on my way to work I noticed that the "fixed area" of the paint job was smudged, I immediately
