Sanrose was recommended by my insurance Compendium. The car was with Sanrose from end of June 2012 until mid November 2012. These panelbeaters had the audicity to use second hand parts on my car despite the fact they claimed for brand new ones from the insurance! I had also waited 5 months to get my car fixed and they had said the long wait was due to them waiting for parts from VW factory.
Over and above the second hand parts, the poor standard of the work done was horrific. I sent an email to both Jon and my insurance company listing all the things I wanted fixed. To this date I have not heard from Sanrose despite the numerous emails I have sent through to them. They are arrogant. I keep going back and forth with my insurance to try and get the car fixed. Sanrose depreciated the value of my car beyond belief with their shoddy work. To this day, I am trying to sort some of their mess by fixing the little that I can. I am so fed up with them. I intend to write to anyone that has ears to listen to me. This cant be right, and they cant be left to rip people off in this manner.
I wont shut up! Dont be fooled by their fancy premises!
