Bad service and damaged goods

Bought a vehicle from GM Imperial Vereeniging when i got the vehicle the ABS and service lights where on took the vehicle back after one week. I was told it is rat damage and they guaranteed me they replaced it. I have the guarantee on e-mail from two separate employees. When i went to go get the vehicle three days later on my way home the engine and temp lights went on. They said take the vehicle to the closest GM dealer so it can be repaired on the way there the vehicle died I phoned GM Vereeniging and they came to pick up the vehicle. When I asked for invoice and job card for the replacement of the wiring harness they changed there story and said no they replace it. I was told the water pump seized and the car over heated. They had the vehicle 6 weeks before i received it back in which time I had to call almost everyday for information on the car. I only received the car back after 6 weeks. Now i don't even get a response from the Dealer Principle if I e-mail him.
