I purchase 2008 Kia Sportage at Kia Vereeniging 17 Nov 2012. 21th of March 2013 on way to long weekend engine seized in naboomspruit and I stay in Louis Trichardt. No assistance from Kia Vereeniging, Kia Polokwane, Kia Assistance and even Kia South Africa. I had to get back home with my family 288kilos from home. Now no one wants to hear or help me to fix my vehicle. Previous owner said there was a problem on the motor and he sold vehicle back to same franchise where he bought vehicle. He told them. Vehicle had all it services but had a problem of water loss in the engine. I told Henry (Vereeniging) my vehicle with aircon had no power and my cruise control will kick off as soon as the vehicle started pulling on climb. He said he cant help me and to take it to nearest agent. That will be Polokwane and bad service from Gert (Polokwane) rude as. Kia SA said this is a second hand vehicle and they cant help us. Im paying a of money for this vehicle that is standing at Polokwane Kia 4 weeks and still nothing has being done except head has been taken off. This the worst service that I saw ever from a franchanse. No assistance of the people to get my vehicle fix or replaced.
