Poor, poor service from INSPECTACAR

We bought a 2007 Ford Bantam at the end of July 2012. Within the first few days we noticed that there was a miss on the engine. We informed the dealer and they arranged for the vehicle to be repaired at their Durban branch. The repair was done. A few days later while driving the vehicle, the vehicle lost power. I took the vehicle home and informed the dealer of the second problem within 2 weeks. We mailed and called and did not receive a response. Only after approaching a lawyer did they respond.
We advised the dealer that we were not satisfied with the vehicle and he said that we would lose our deposit if we wanted to return the vehicle. For the past 6 months the vehicle has been parked off. Both of these problems occur ed before the vehicle had done 300km in mileage. The dealership has taken our money and we have no vehicle to use. We are paying a monthly instalment and for insurance on this vehicle.

I don't believe that they really do INSPECTACAR before they sell it

Don't trust these people.
