Caltex
R32.00 for Christmas after card was skeemed

On the 13 December 2013 between 11:00 and 13:00 my mother stopped to put R200.00 diesel in her car and she paid with her debit card. Two days later when she went grocery shopping and when she wanted to pay her card was declined "insufficient funds" she phoned me in tears asking me to logon to her internet banking and there was a accumulated sum after the R200 she paid for the diesel there was a pending transaction of R5300 consisting of R100, R200, R1000, R4000 leaving her with R32.00 available for Christmas. She then realized that the speed point that she used at the Caltex garage in hind sight did look strange and the transaction didn't go smooth as the attendant told her that the transaction failed and then printed the receipt on another speed point that showed it went thru. She contacted manager of the Caltex which informed her that previously they had to fire 4 attendants for card and that he will investigate and phone her back the next day, which didn't happen at all, This morning when she phoned him again the manager was extremely telling her that she must try and prove it.
