I am so disappointed with the service I received at Renault Midrand. I took my car for service on the 27 November 2012 and notified them of the problem with the radio and they said they would look at it. i fetched my car and when I got home I noticed that they did not fix it. I notified them of this and was advised that to bring back the car (30 Nov 12). When i brought back the car they told me that I should take it with and they will call me back as they saw what the problem was and they had to contacts some people -(not sure what for). I gave them a chance in December as it was holidays and thought they would get back to me in January but no avail. 1st week in January I sent a complaint on their site but to this day I still have not received any feedback. Renault is ruining my 1st car experience, i wonder how the service is going to be like when something serious on the car breaks
