Poor Mechanical Repairs done on my vehicle

I took in my vehicle reg no. BVX351L Merc C180K, Chassis no. WDD2040452R072011, Engine no.27191031178437 to service on the 31/12/2012.Among other repairs both front and rear brake pads were replaced.
Two days after collecting my vehicle I realised that there is a bad sound while Im driving like a tyre will come out or when I hit the brakes. I then returned it again to the dealer on the 3/4 Jan 2013, my service advisor test drove the vehicle and confirmed hearing the sound but told me all mechanics are busy and my car needs to cool off before it could be attended. I was told I need to bring back my car on the 7th Jan '13 but had an emergency on sunday in Polokwane. I liaised with my service advisor Sacha Potgieter to arrange for Mercurious Polokwane to attend to the noise, But my request fell on deaf ears.
I had to be assisted by my sales agent Baldwin Mafora, but unfortunately they also couldnt take away the noise.
On the 3rd Jan '13 I received a service follow up email from Elza van Aswegan which I indicated the same problem hoping it will be attended but till today my vehicle is not yet fixed.
Im also considering selling my car
