After collection of my new vehicle that was purchase at Peugeot Vereeniging I heard a noise at the front of the vehicle and saw the standard GPS function is missing! I took the vehicle to the centuiron branch on 3rd day. While the vehicle was there they confirmed that the front suspension was loose, but the noise still was there. I then took the vehicle to the Menlyn for second opinion, where they also said something else was loose on the suspension, they drove and also agreed that they heard the noise, but before they can replace the shocks or work on the car they would need to get a result test that we must pay ourselves as they don't have a machine on site. We did so and and handed it to them. They said that all the 208 models sound the same. There after my vehicle were numerous times book in at Vereeniging, Menlyn and Centurion, were Peugeot Sa were involved as well. Vereeniging said that the vehicle was fixed and that the problem was sorted, but sadly to say its not fixed. I must say it sounds better, but the noise is still there, Since it came back from menlyn branch the car is also not idling smoothly as well. Please help to replace my vehicle.
